Punjab State Teachers Eligibility Test (PSTET)
The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB ) had successfully conducted the Punjab Teachers Eligibility Test (PSTET). The PSTET exam is a state-level eligibility test conducted for aspirants who wish to join a teaching career in Punjab State. PSTET is designed to check the knowledge and teaching skills of prospective teachers. The PS TET Exam is paper-based OMR conducted in both languages English, Hindi and Punjabi. The Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test Pattern is divided into two parts Paper 1 and Paper 2
- Paper I: For those who want to teach classes I to V (Primary Stage)
- Paper II: For those who want to teach classes VI to VIII (Upper Primary Stage)
The mode of PSTET is Offline (pen and paper based) with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with four options each. The Total Number of Questions are 150 in each paper and 150 marks for each paper. There is 1 mark for each correct answer and No negative marking for incorrect answers.
