Access to our email services and to some areas of the Site is restricted to users who have registered their details with us. 14) Comment Policy

We encourage and look forward to an active exchange of ideas. However, the opinions expressed by those providing comments do not reflect the opinions of SIE. All comments are reviewed before posting and comments that include profanity or other inappropriate comments or material will not be posted. To maintain a respectful dialogue & your freedom of expression right, we ask that everyone follow these guidelines:

  • Defamation / calumny / vilification / traducement / groundless criticism communication is prohibited. Be respectful to others. Personal attacks, profanity, and aggressive behavior are prohibited.

15) General

Any contractual or legal relationship will be concluded in English only.

No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach and shall not be affected by any delay, failure or omission to enforce or express forbearance granted in respect of any of your obligations.

The rights and remedies under these Terms are independent, cumulative and without prejudice to its rights under the law.

These Terms and/or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance and Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction area of Ajmer (India) over any dispute which may arise.
